Pro Golf X is a premium 24/7 indoor golf simulator facility in Calgary, Alberta, featuring 6 private bays powered by industry-leading TrackMan technology and tour-level performance data trusted by PGA Tour professionals.
Bays 1–5 are equipped with TrackMan iO and include 2 putting holes in each bay, delivering accurate ball and club data for practice, play, and game improvement. All simulator bays are designed to accommodate both right-handed and left-handed golfers, but Bay 5 is specifically designed for left-handed golfers.
Bay 6 Performance Studio is equipped with TrackMan 4, features 7 putting holes, and is designed for advanced practice, coaching, club fitting, and performance training with industry-leading tour-level data and analysis.
All bays feature connecting doors that can be opened to create larger shared spaces, making them ideal for group events, group lessons, corporate gatherings, clinics, camps, and other special programs.
Each bay includes:
- TrackMan simulator
- Touchscreen computer
- 2 TVs
- Putting holes
One TV displays the TrackMan experience, while the second TV may be used for entertainment. The soundbar provides simulator audio, and the speakers are dedicated to background music.

Yes. Pro Golf X is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, allowing you to practice or play whenever it fits your schedule.

- Open the TrackMan Golf app.
- Select Locations in the bottom-right corner.
- Search for Pro Golf X.
- Choose your preferred bay and time.
Please be aware of your surroundings at all times and ensure only one player is hitting at a time. Stand clear of the swing area during play and supervise children at all times. Guests use the facility at their own risk.
TrackMan may occasionally require calibration to ensure accurate ball flight, club delivery, and target alignment.
For Bays 1–5 (TrackMan iO): Follow the on-screen instructions and use the TrackMan iO calibration board if prompted. The system will guide you through the calibration process to verify the hitting area and target alignment.
For Bay 6 (TrackMan 4): Follow the on-screen instructions to align the target line and calibrate the unit. This helps ensure accurate shot tracking and performance data.
Calibration only takes a few minutes and helps maintain the highest level of accuracy during your session.

Step 1 – Restart the TrackMan App
Swipe up from the bottom of the touchscreen to access Windows.
Right-click the TrackMan icon and select Close.
Restart the TrackMan application.
Step 2 – Restart the PC
If the issue persists:
Open the PC cabinet door facing the side wall.
Locate the PC power button.
Press and hold the button until the computer restarts.
Yes. Guests are welcome to bring outside food and non-alcoholic beverages. We also offer snacks and drinks through our AI-powered vending machine. Food and beverages must remain in the seating area and away from simulator equipment and hitting surfaces.
Bookings may be cancelled or changed by the client through the Trackman portal before the scheduled session start time. Eligible cancellations will be refunded as store credit to your account, which can be used toward a future booking.
You will receive a confirmation email containing two access PINs:
6-digit PIN – Entrance door access code. This code will allow you to access the facility up to 10 minutes before your scheduled booking time.
4-digit PIN – Used to activate your TrackMan session.
If you do not receive the email, please check your junk or spam folder before contacting support.
Your 6-digit door code becomes active approximately 10 minutes before your booking time.
Enter the code on the keypad and press ↲ Enter to unlock the door.
Yes. For the safety and security of our guests and facility, Pro Golf X is monitored by security cameras 24/7.
Ensure the projector is on.
If the projector is off, use the white Epson remote and press the Power button.
Launch the TrackMan app.
Enter your 4-digit session PIN.
Please clean up after your session, return any equipment or accessories to their designated locations, and leave the bay ready for the next guest. This helps ensure a great experience for everyone.
Five minutes before your booking ends, a countdown timer will appear on screen.
Click the orange Extend Booking button.
Scan the displayed QR code with your phone.
Follow the prompts to complete the extension.
Extensions are subject to bay availability.
Your access code becomes active approximately 10 minutes before your booking.
If the bay is occupied by a previous guest, please wait until their booking has concluded before entering.
Your booking will still end at the originally scheduled time. We recommend arriving a few minutes early to maximize your session time.
Turn on the Bose system using the remote (available in the remote box).
Swipe up from the bottom of the touchscreen to access Windows.
Click the Bluetooth icon in the lower-right corner.
Select Bose from the list of available devices.
A free TrackMan account is recommended to save your practice sessions, performance data, virtual rounds, and TrackMan Combine results. You can create an account through the TrackMan Golf app.
Yes. All simulator bays are designed to accommodate both right-handed and left-handed golfers, but Bay 5 is specifically designed for left-handed golfers.
Yes. Bays 1–5 can accommodate up to four guests, while Bay 6 can accommodate up to six guests. Multiple bays can also be connected through adjoining doors for larger groups, corporate events, parties, camps, clinics, and group lessons.

Absolutely. Our private bays and connecting-door design make Pro Golf X an ideal venue for corporate events, team-building activities, birthday parties, fundraisers, junior camps, clinics, and other group gatherings.
Please use only clean golf clubs, golf balls, and indoor footwear. Golf balls with ink, marker, excessive dirt, or damage are not permitted. To protect the facility, please avoid striking screens, walls, electronics, or placing heavy objects on the putting surfaces and turf.
No. Guests are responsible for bringing their own golf clubs. At this time, Pro Golf X does not offer club rentals.
Yes. Junior golfers are welcome at Pro Golf X.
Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising minors and ensuring all facility rules and safety guidelines are followed.
